Job Description

1. Run social media campaigns to strengthen audience engagement.
2. Proven record of developing best-in-class and innovative social content and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
3. Ability to identify and act on relevant trends, and how they map to business goals, that could be a fit for brand/social activations.
4. Excited by good creatives, thrives on culture and is inspired by smart strategy.
5. Deep understanding of how social media plays a crucial part in building a brand, and what it means to be a brand steward- across all lines of work.
6. Deep knowledge of social channel best practices, social publishing tools, and social listening platforms. Expert in reporting and key social media metrics for data-backed strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
7. Experience working with influencers and understanding of how they can help reach our marketing goals, strength in working with in-house creative ops/agencies/internal stakeholders to generate content and creatives across channels.
8. Strives to constantly optimize social content strategies through testing, learning, and reporting.
9. Ability to work within tight deadlines and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives, all with meticulous attention to detail.
10. Possess a high degree of integrity, ownership, and pride in their work, whilst having a tonne of fun.
11. Knowledge of technical aspects of boosting.
